Jet Interactive™ is a call analytics company and specialist telecommunications provider. Jet differentiates itself in the market place by providing what it believes to be one of the most advanced marketing and business intelligence tools – Jet Call Tracker™.

Jet’s owners and directors have worked in the Australian telecommunications industry since the early 90’s with many of them also specializing in marketing, advertising effectiveness and data intelligence.

Background

Most business owners or marketers agree that there is a wealth of marketing and customer insights to be gained by analysing the calls into a company. This includes response rates to advertising campaigns, the geographic distribution of existing customers and the effectiveness of sales channels - amongst many other things.

The Issue

Despite many companies having sophisticated telephone software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, management still find it near impossible to get a reliable source of accurate and timely call data from across the company.

As a result companies turned to their telephone providers for billing information on calls made to their 13, 1300 or 1800 inbound services. To help facilitate this some telephone companies provided calls in electronic formats and some even allowed daily distribution of this data.

To increase accuracy individual telephone numbers started to be used for specific company functions (ie Sales vs Customer Service) and even specific marketing campaigns or media type.

The next problem was how to interpret all this data?

Jet is launched 2006

Jet set about releasing a range of telephone services with the sole purpose of supporting timely and easy to use reporting.
