Entry-level IT CSR role

Location: Crows Nest, Sydney

What we are looking for

  • We want people with great customer service skills who have a genuine aptitude for IT technologies.
  • You may work in a completely different career area at the moment. People with experience in hospitality are encouraged to apply.
  • You don’t need to have any qualifications, but some hands-on experience with IT is desired. You might be self-taught, have completed some online courses or some units at TAFE.

About the role

  • We need people to work with our customers and ensure our products are configured correctly and working as expected.
  • You will be involved with entire process, starting with direct customer enquiries, the testing and troubleshooting of issues, all the way through to setting up and testing new services.
  • The role mainly involves working with our custom-built applications and admin portals to configure, update, and manage our products.

Online Analytics Specialist

Location: Crows Nest, Sydney

Job Summary

  • $70,000 to $90,000 base plus super (based on experience)
  • Suit IT qualified person with 2 to 4 years commercial experience
  • CBD location in modern office

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the “product expert” for customer’s technical enquires; Including trouble shooting of Jet CallTracker™ installations
  • Generally supporting the sales team and Jet partner agencies with product set up and maintenance
  • Give advice on product improvements and enhancements and working closely with technology partners
  • In conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager, develop and grow Jet’s own digital strategy that includes the role out of a new website and enhancement of social media channels such as YouTube, Blog, Twitter, etc.

Applicants should display the following attributes:

  • Expertise in Google Analytics™ and Google Adwords™ – note, this criteria is non-negotiable; candidates not meeting this criteria will not be considered
  • Experience with other web analytics software applications (i.e. Coremetrics, WebTrends, Omniture, Hitwise) will be a definite advantage
  • Strong HTML, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL development skills
  • Experience with digital media such as Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, display etc.
  • Ideally tertiary qualified in information technology

This role will have two parts. The first is to support both customers and BDM’s with call tracking, Google Analytics™ and Google Adwords™ enquiries. The second is to help develop and monitor Jet Interactive’s own digital media strategies and analytics products.

This role will suit someone who has established themselves within digital analytics and media.

IT Customer Support

Location: Crows Nest, Sydney

Position Purpose/Summary

To support the Customer Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering quality technical solutions to Jet Interactive customers in a timely fashion for the purpose of achieving the organisational goals and service delivery targets.

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to new and existing customers on the delivery of Jet Call Tracker. This will include technical advice on the install, configuration and use of tracking codes onto client’s web sites and at times involve some html and java coding advice.
  • Working with web developers to develop and implement customized JavaScript code to ensure that our customers can capture the data that they need.
  • Provide pre and post sales technical support for Jet Call Tracker, including responding to client technical enquiries and issues through incoming calls/emails.
  • In conjunction with the customer service team, ensure all necessary administration tasks are carried out to ensure that any risk is mitigated, such as receipt of signed terms and conditions of business for all services, correct data entry into client management system.
  • Report on a regular basis the achievement of the predetermined goals to the Customer Service Manager.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 12 months commercial experience working in IT field
  • Experience in HTML and Java programming
  • Proven customer management skills.
  • High level organisation ability including proven experience in managing and prioritising multiple assignments.
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Adwords or Omniture.
  • Exposure to the Online Marketing Industry.
