Yes you must be using Jet Call Tracker ™ for marketing information to be captured, then passed through to Salesforce, and then back into the respective marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Bing and Meta with call outcomes attached. The integration will not work with third party call tracking applications

Jet’s Softphone’s and Apps can only be used with Jet’s telephone and Jet Cloud Mobile services. They are not compatible with any third party telephony products.

There are three elements that must be downloaded and installed once you have signed up for an account with Jet Interactive

  1. Call Tracking Code: A unique code for your website will be provided and this will need to be installed on your website as per our Set Up Guide
  2. Jet Softphones and Mobile Apps: These can be found here and on your devices app stores.
  3. Salesforce: You are required download and install a Jet Salesforce app from the Salesforce App Exchange
The Call Type such as Lead, Opportunity and Case, The value of a Lead or Opportunity, Call Outcome, such as Lost or Closed and Optional Product Type.

The CRM Dialer is a softphone that handles inbound and outbound calls via Salesforce. The operator gets to confirm and match the call to the corresponding customer contact within Salesforce ensuring there is a 100% match. The operator also gets to choose the call type, value and outcome at the time of the call

Jet CRM Sync matches the call with a contact in Salesforce via API’s. There are limitations with this method if there are no corresponding call records listed within Salesforce to match. In this situation CRM Sync looks for existing cases or opportunities against the caller and creates a new record.
