Yes. Both user types run on the same account and are managed from the same Jet portal — you pay $25/month for each Business Phone user and $35/month for each Cloud Mobile user.
No. There are no setup fees on any plan. You pay only your monthly plan cost plus any add-ons you choose.
Yes. You can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time from the Jet Portal.
On the Call Bundled plan, excess calls to landlines and mobiles are charged at 6c/min. Excess SMS at 10c each.
No. Jet Business Phone and Jet Cloud Mobile are month to month with no lock-in contract. Cancel or scale at any time.
Yes. Number porting is free. A $50 port-out fee applies if you later move your number to a different provider.
