Once the Jet Phone application is in a ready state, your SMS feature will also be enabled.

Steps

  1. Go to the Messages tab on the resource panel at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap on the contact you want to send an SMS to.
  3. If the contact is not available, tap the Compose icon in the top right corner of the screen, then input the number in international format (e.g. 61412345678 for an Australian mobile).
  4. Type your message and tap Send.

Number format

All SMS to Australian numbers should be sent in 61 format — the phone number 0412 345 678 would be entered as 61412345678.
