Calls can be transferred to a target by way of a warm or attended transfer. In an attended transfer, the first party speaks to the target before transferring the call.

You can make a transfer from the Phone dial pad, from Contacts, or from History.

Steps

  1. While on an active call, tap Transfer.
  2. Enter the phone number or select the contact you wish to transfer to, then tap Call.
  3. Speak with the recipient to introduce the caller (attended transfer).
  4. Tap Transfer to complete. Jet Phone connects the remote party to the target and disconnects you from both calls.
