Overview
This guide will take you through how to use your Jet Phone application for iPhone (iOS) and Android.
Important information about your Jet Phone
- The Jet Phone can only be used with your Login and Password as issued by Jet Interactive or your administrator. Please keep these details safe, and save them in the device options.
- You will continue to receive calls even if you close the app. To stop receiving calls, click on your phone user name at the top left of your screen and toggle on DND (Do Not Disturb).
- The Jet Phone runs over your internet connection. Please ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi or Mobile Data connection. The most common issue experienced with call quality is due to poor internet connection or auto-changing of your data carrier as you move around.
- If your internet connection changes, calls may drop. Please endeavour to remain on a single data connection for the duration of your call.
- VoIP calls will use your internet data, but typically at very low levels — between 0.5 MB and 1.3 MB per minute per call.
- Jet Interactive is unable to access any of your personal data from other apps on your phone.
- Calls and messages that pass through this phone may be monitored by your company at their discretion.

Logging into your Jet Phone
- Open the Jet Phone app.
- Enter your username and password. This will be your company email, with the password you created when you were invited to use the Jet Phone app or the Jet Hub portal.
- Your Jet Phone should open to the main Phone dial pad. If it is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to accept permissions.
- At the top of your screen, your Phone User Name will display, and in your notifications bar a green or white dot will appear indicating your phone is registered and ready for calls.
Phone interface
The panel at the bottom of your screen contains Favourites, History, Phone, Contacts and Messages.
The Phone or Dial Pad is used to input any numbers you wish to call. Contacts can be synced from your device, imported from Google or Microsoft, or entered individually. History contains only the calls made or received from the Jet Phone app.
Access Settings by clicking the gear icon in the top right. Settings can be used for troubleshooting tools and to configure custom ringtones and colours.
