How to Use your Jet Phone App (Mac & Windows)

Important information about your Jet Phone

The Jet Phone can only be used with your Login and Password as issued by Jet Interactive or your administrator.
You will continue to receive calls when you are logged in. To stop receiving calls, use the File menu to Log Out.
The Jet Phone runs over your internet connection. Please ensure you have a strong connection. If your connection changes, calls may drop.
VoIP calls use between 0.5 MB and 1.3 MB per minute of call.
If no Wi-Fi is available, you can tether your device to a mobile data connection.
Jet Interactive cannot access your personal data from other apps. Any contacts you load into Jet Phone can only be accessed on the device they were uploaded to.
Calls and messages may be monitored by your company at their discretion.

When you first open the application, log in with your email and password.
After a short loading bar you will see Setup complete — click Finish.
Inside the Jet Phone you will see 4 main icons on the left: Keypad, Contacts, History, and (if it's a mobile number) Messages.

In the Keypad, dial any number.
Once you have entered a number, click the green phone icon in the bottom right to call.

Dial pad — used to navigate phone trees or select options.
Speaker icon — switch audio output between headset and speaker.
Microphone icon — mute yourself.
Add call — add someone to the call from contacts or by dialling a specific number.
Attend — transfer a person and introduce them (puts the current call on hold).
Blind — transfer swiftly without speaking to the recipient first.

Contacts — add or save contacts and call them at any time.
History — view your full call history.
Messages — view and send SMS (mobile numbers only).
Moon icon (DND) — enable Do Not Disturb. You won't receive calls or texts while DND is on.
