• A 2GB Bolt On of additional data will Auto Top up your allowance at cost of $12 per Bolt On. If that is used then another 2GB Bolt On will be added. Up to 5 Bolt Ons can be added in a month. Once the data allowance, plus Bolts Ons, is exhausted then data stops working for the remainder of the month.
• International Roaming Day Pack (Unlimited Calls, Unlimited SMS, and 200MB data) $15 a day.
• Standard calls include calls to Australian Fixed Numbers/Mobiles, 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers.
• Calls to Satellite, Directory Assistance, International SMS/MMS, Video MMS are not included in the above plans.

5G Access

To access 5G, you will need a 5G compatible device, a 5G enabled plan, and be in the Telstra Wholesale 5G coverage area which now reaches at least 75% of the Australia population. View [insert your coverage map URL] to see where 5G is available.

Jet Interactive’s Individual & Pooled plans utilise parts of Telstra’s 5G, 4G and 3G mobile network. The service provides 5G coverage reaching at least 75% of the Australian population. The Telstra Wholesale mobile coverage area footprint reaches more than 98.8% of the Australian population and covers more than 1.6m square kilometres of the Australian landmass.

Speed

4G & 5G Plans offering capped 100Mbps download speeds –The network capability of Jet Interactive’s Individual and Pooled plans (Other than the Turbo plans) has access to download speeds of 10Mbps up to a speed cap of 100Mbps on 4G and 5G. Upload speeds will typically be 1 to 40Mbps. On 3G*, typical download speeds are 1.1 to 20Mbps and typical upload speeds are 300kbps to 3Mbps.

Turbo Plans 4G & 5G Plans offering capped 250Mbps download speeds  – The network capability of Jet Interactives’s Turbo plans has access to download speeds up to a speed cap of 250Mbps on 4G and 5G. When connected to 5G, typical download speeds are 10Mbps up to the speed cap of 250Mbps, while when connected to 4G typical download speeds are 5Mbps to 180Mbps. Upload speeds on 4G and 5G will typically be 1 to 40Mbps. On 3G*, typical download speeds are 1.1 to 20Mbps and typical upload speeds are 300kbps to 3Mbps.
