About Jet Interactive
Jet Interactive was established in 2006 in Sydney Australia as an inbound phone call network and analytics company. Jet quickly became the 13, 1300 and 1800 network of choice for all of Australia’s major banks, insurance and service industries.
In 2012 Google’s first Global Call Tracking case study, featuring Beaurepaires Australia, was released. This case study was a joint venture between Jet Interactive and Google Australia and was solely built around Jet’s telephone and call analytics technology. Jet’s has won many international awards for its Jet Call Tracking™ product including the 2013 Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) gong for our Foxtel™ Call Tracking project – and culminating in an unprecedented 5 annual TopSEO titles.
Building onto our existing cloud based inbound call and reporting infrastructure Jet launched Jet Hub in 2017. Jet Hub not only allows businesses to manage their inbound calls and numbers but also agents, call queues, IVRs and local business numbers.
In 2020 Jet eSim was developed giving Australian mobiles users a second mobile number service.
For the first time businesses can manage all their business and mobile numbers, phone lines, calls and features – not only with the one company – but on the one platform – Jet Hub.
