Jet Call Exporter

This is an optional feature that gives you access to the raw enriched call and web session information, and delivers it to your business daily as CSV files.
There are two methods of gaining this information, which are:
  • FTP – CallTracker information can be pushed to a secure FTP site daily
  • Email – A daily CSV file of the previous days’ information can be emailed to you each morning
You can then automatically access your FTP site and allow upload of call information into:
  • Your own reporting or analytics systems
  • CRM systems, for washing against existing customers records
  • Web Analytics tools such as Omniture, WebTrends and CoreMetrics
  • Bid management tools for the automated optimisation of keywords
