If you already have inbound numbers (13, 1300 and 1800 services) then it is easy to port those across to Jet. All that is required is the name of your current telephone company and the account number that appears on your invoice.
You can also order new numbers from Jet. We have a range of premium numbers for sale or you can order a free standard number.
Existing local numbers cannot be ported to Jet for reporting but we can supply new Local Trackable Numbers.
Smart numbers are either easy-to-remember combinations or numbers that spell out words on the telephone keypad, for example 1300 13 11 13 or 13CATS. These numbers can be bid for via the Australian Governments Smart Numbers auctions at www.smartnumbers.com.au. Once you have successfully secured a number, you can then have it activated onto Jet's network.
All Jet accounts are paid via direct debit from your choice of credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) or bank account. An invoice is mailed to you on the 10th of each month and payment is automatically taken out 14 days later on the 24th.
If you have an International Toll Free Service operating in another country (i.e. 0800 in the NZ, 1888 service in the USA, etc.) they can generally be ported over to Jet. Unfortunately, some networks are not helpful with porting but that is in rare cases – alternatively Jet can set up new services in over 30 countries.
